As the Christian community commemorates Palm Sunday, Hon. Gbenga Ayinde Adewusi 'Arole' has extended warm greetings to all Christian faithful in Oyo State and Nigeria at large. In a statement, Hon. Adewusi prayed for God's blessings of peace, joy, and prosperity upon the nation and the state.
"On this Palm Sunday, I pray that God's blessings of peace, joy, and prosperity be upon our great nation, Nigeria, and our beloved state, Oyo. May our hearts unite in faith and love, reflecting the compassion and strength of Jesus Christ."
Hon. Adewusi also wished Christians a blessed Holy Week, filled with reflection, faith, and hope. He prayed that the spirit of Palm Sunday would inspire kindness, compassion, and love among Christians and Nigerians at large.
The politician urged Christians to find solace in the presence of the Holy Spirit and the love of Christ, guiding them towards eternal light. He concluded by wishing Christians spiritual growth, divine guidance, peace, and joy.
"May the Palm Sunday blessings bring you spiritual growth, divine guidance, peace, and joy. May God bless our nation and our homes," he said.
