The Immediate Past Supervisory Councilors and Special Assistant on People with Disability Oyo State Forum of 33 local government has commended the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde
for the commissioning of the South West PDP Secretariat in remembrance of the legacy of the late Chairman, Hon. Soji Adagunodo.
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has been commended for commissioning the South West PDP Secretariat in honor of late Chairman Soji Adagunodo. Ambassador Oyedeji Olusegun Abayomi praised Governor Makinde's commitment to progress and development in the South region, alongside Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke .
The new secretariat is expected to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen the party's presence, and foster collaboration among people with disabilities. Governor Makinde's unifier vision is seen as a catalyst for positive change and productive governance.

Some of Governor Makinde's notable projects include:
- Road Infrastructure Development: The commissioning of 38.48 km of feeder roads in Ibadan and the dualization of the 9.7 km Saki Township Road .
- Economic Development: The rehabilitation of the Pacesetter Quarry and Asphalt Plant, and the development of the Fasola Agribusiness Industrial Hub .
- Social Development: The renovation of the Lekan Salami Sports Complex and the construction of the Oyo State Government Lodge in Abuja .
These projects demonstrate Governor Makinde's commitment to developing Oyo State and improving the lives of its citizens.
