3SC GM Kabongo Urges Players to Replicate Sunday's Performance Against Ikorodu City

Ahead of this weekend's Matchday 12. clash against Ikorodu City, in Lagos, the General Manager of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) Dimeji Lawal, has charged the players to reenact the form displayed last Sunday against El-Kanemi Warriors.

Addressing the players after Tuesday's morning training session, Kabongo as the ex international is fondly called, commended the players for their doggedness in the encounter against the Maiduguri based side.

"On behalf of the management, I want to appreciate you guys, for a job weldone in last Sunday's game against El-Kanemi Warriors.

"I'm quite happy that you did not disappoint us and you did not disappoint yourself also, but ultimately, you made our supporters and fans happy.

"Now we look forward to the next game against Ikorodu City in Lagos on Sunday and I want to charge you guys to replicate that form by getting a positive result against Ikorodu City," said the former U-17, U-20 winger.

Speaking further, the ex Super Eagles' player urged them not to be carried away by Sunday's' win over El-Kanemi Warriors, but to approach the encounter against the NPFL debutants with utmost zeal and determination.
