The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has urged students and pupils to remain steadfast in their pursuit of education, regardless of challenges. This message was delivered during the celebration of the 36th Founder's Day of Jesus The Rock (JRI) College, held yesterday at the school hall in Jegede.

This was contained in a press statement signed by the Chairman's Press Secretary, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, and made available to newsmen Friday morning.

Dr. Temitope GLORIOUS, who joined the visionary leader and proprietor of the school, Pastor Taiwo Amos Akinade, in the celebration, emphasized the importance of education as a pathway to achieving great heights. Addressing students, he said, "Never give up on your education, no matter the obstacles. It is a key tool for unlocking your potential and reaching greater heights in life."

In his response, Pastor Taiwo Amos Akinade expressed his appreciation for the Chairman's presence and unwavering support for education. He highlighted Dr. Glorious's dedication to lifelong learning, stating, "One of the admirable qualities in Dr. Temitope GLORIOUS is his commitment to continuous learning, even as a leader." He prayed for the Chairman's successful tenure and greater accomplishments in his political career.

Dr. Glorious was accompanied by his Special Assistant on Education, Prince Adekunle Odumeru; his Personal Assistant, Hon. Ajibola; and other key aides.

The Founder’s Day celebration marked a significant milestone for Jesus The Rock (JRI) College, which has been a cornerstone of quality education in the community for 36 years. The event was attended by students, parents, and notable dignitaries who shared in the joy of the institution's achievements and its commitment to raising future leaders.
