 Afijio LG Chairman Hon. Olufemi Aikomo Congratulates Onifiditi Of Fiditi And The People Of Fiditians On The Occasion Of His Presentation Of Staff Of Office From The Oyo State Government





The Executive Chairman of Afijio Local Government Hon. Aikomo Emmanuel Olufemi, FCA has sent congratulatory message to sons and daughters of fiditi land as our monarch, His Royal Majesty, Oba Sakiru Oyewole Adekola-Oyelere,  Ajani-Eedu 11, Agbadewolu The First, The Onifiditi of Fiditi land on the occasion of his presentation of the Instrument of office by Oyo State Governor, His Exellency Engr. Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde on Wednesday, 3rd of July, 2024.


Hon. Aikomo, in his congratulatory message signed and made available to the news reporters described the traditional ruler as a blessing to Fiditi land and Oyo State at large.


Hon. Olufemi Aikomo in his statement described Onifiditi as the heart of Fiditi and emphasized the importance of the traditional institution in peace building as well as economic development of every community, hence, the emergence of the Instruments of office will further engage peaceful coexistence and will have a significant impact on the economic activities of the town and Afijio in general.


The Executive Chairman therefore, congratulated the King and wished him a smooth sail as he oversees the affair of the city of Fiditi and partnership in the movement of Fiditi to a greater height.


Hon. Aikomo also assured HRM Oba Sakiru Oyewole Adekola-Oyelere Ajani-Eedu 11 unwavering support and prayers. "Your Royal Majesty, as you embark on this noble journey, please be assured our  continued support and prayers. May your reign be long, fruitful, and filled with the blessings of peace and prosperity," he added.


I pray the reign of Kabiyesi shall birth more development, transformation and greater peace of Fiditi and the whole of Afijio land too.
