Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) has cleared Lagelu-PDP Chairmanship candidate, Mr. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, his running mate, Mr. Olayinka Sadiq, and the party's fourteen councilorship candidates for local government elections in 2024.
With the development, all of peoples democratic party candidates have become eligible to remain on the 2024 local election ballot in the run for public office in Lagelu local government area.
Speaking on the final clearance of the party candidates from Lagelu, the "Kamoru Campaign" Director General (DG), Hon. Jide Adeniran registered the local campaign council's profound appreciation with the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and the peoples democratic party leadership in Lagelu local government area, for sharing an abiding faith in all of the party's candidates.
