3 Months in Office: Governor Seyi Makinde Reviews the Activities of Oyo PMS State Excos, Restates Commitment to Peaceful Operations, State

Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has lauded the State Executives of Oyo Park Management System PMS my able leadership,

This was as myself and my State Executives paid a courtesy call on the Governor and we were humbly received by Otunba Seye Famojuro.

Speaking on behalf of the Governor Balogun Seye Famojuro lauded the entire executives for harmonious working relationship that exist among the different transport stakeholders that were fussed into one body.

Otunba who is the Balogun Bobajiro of Orile Igbon passes vote of confidence in me, saying that the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde will not tolerate any break down of law and order at any designated parks and motor garages.

According to him, testimonies from residents of Oyo State from data available to us showed that motorists and commuters are satisfied with my code of conduct and modus operandi with various reforms I have embarked upon since my inauguration.

Otunba, however warned members of the state executives, local government and branch chairmen not to embark on actions or activities that could cause chaos in the state adding that the state government will deal decisively with anyone caught formenting troubles around motor parks or bus terminals.

He charged the PMS officials and members to improve on their mode of dressing and approach when issuing tickets to commercial drivers, tricycle and motorcycle riders.

Otunba also warned against forceful collection of levies from drivers and riders saying the state government will not condone any act of illegal charges that will have effects on passengers.

In my remarks, I specially appreciates Governor Seyi Makinde and Otunba Seye Famojuro for the reforming and transforming the state's transport sector.

I pledged the total commitment of my members to the  lasting and sustainable peace which he said is the top priority of the present administration of Engr. Abiodun Oluwaseyi Makinde

I assured that the PMS under my leadership will always comply and conform with any directive issued by the state government that will lead to peace, unity, progress and development of Oyo State.
